Briefing
This project was developed in partnership with Movecho. The proposal, which focuses primarily on forecasting and anticipating trends for the furniture industry, consists in the projection of a piece of luxury furniture taking into account the Biophilic Design concept.

Concept_Biophilic Design
“ Biophilic Design is an innovative way to create natural environments that improve our health and well-being. The word "biophylic" derives from "biophilia", a term that can be defensible as love of life or living systems. Immersed in a world of technology and industrial architecture, men's connection with nature seems almost hopelessly lost. ”

Subconcept_Twisted Trees
Twisted trees, such as pinus longaeva and bristlecone pine, are species of long-life trees and are highly resistant to adverse climates and degraded soils. These species of trees were chosen as inspiration for this project due to their striking curves, the softness of their irregular shapes and their textures somewhat differentiated combined with their dry colors that caught my attention.

Combined with practicality and personality, this product reflects the style of your persona, having as main function to be the complement of an indoor and outdoor environment bringing multifunctionality, welcoming and dynamism to the space.

The coffee table (center table) developed for this project is composed mainly of lacada cork and is directed to private environments. In addition to maintaining a multifunctionality and remarkable practicality, this table transmits a certain simplicity, tranquility and lightness to the environments.
